Job description

Responsibilities:Provides general oversight and guidance to Community Executive DirectorEstablishes, in conjunction with the Executive Director , the Community’s goals and objectivesAssists Executive Director in developing and implementing organizational, financial, marketing plans, policies and proceduresCollaborates with the Executive Director in preparing and controlling annual budgetEvaluates the Community’s adherence to all applicable regulations and approved operating proceduresReviews Community’s liability, property, and compensation insurance coverage and provides recommendations to ownershipActs as an on-call resource to the Communities and Gardant on a 24-hour basis to address urgent mattersReviews and monitors account receivable activities at each Community to ensure collection and billing process/policies are adhered toConducts formal performance evaluations at the end of the introductory period and on an annual basisSupports in the planning and provision of informational in-services and other staff development activitiesParticipates in department manager interviews and the hiring processMonitors Community’s Quality Improvement and safety programsMaintains a schedule of on-site consultative visits with Executive Director and department managersProvides onsite day-to-day support in absence of an Executive DirectorCompletes a minimum of quarterly on-site visit for each Community and provides oral and written feedback to Executive Director to ensure Community is meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Evaluates overall operations including, but not limited to, ensuring compliance with daily standup meetings, call light review, QAPI program, rent readiness, finance & revenue accounting and TELS complianceMeets with community ownership representative(s) on an ongoing, periodic basis concerning the overall performance and status of the CommunityQualifications:Bachelor degree preferredMust have current HFA or RCA licensure.5 years healthcare experience required with multi-site management experience required.Thorough knowledge of state, federal and local regulations .Valid driver's licensed with record in good standing per insurance vendorPosition will require extensive travel and overnight stays and the ability to work on a team and with a team of diverse professionals who value love, compassion, and dignity.Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefit packagesEmployee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)Employer-subsidized gym membership & wellness programEAP & Maven family planning program401(k) with biweekly employer matchOutside-In Employee Referral ProgramIntentional work-life balance supported with competitive Paid Time OffSelf-service payroll & tools (PayCom) #J-18808-Ljbffr
