We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team and help us bring our vision to life.

Position Overview:

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to community festivals. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the company's mission and brand. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics, including catering, venue selection, audiovisual needs, and décor. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately. Create event timelines and schedules to ensure all elements are delivered on time. Oversee event marketing and promotion, including social media campaigns and partnerships. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback for future improvements. Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to foster ongoing partnerships. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's event offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination, preferably within the food and beverage industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
