Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Corporate & Community Relations, the Manager of Corporate & Community Engagement helps carry out Mercy Health Foundation's corporate partnership and community engagement strategy. The position manages corporate relationships, sponsorship benefits, community partnerships, employee engagement and volunteer programs, and related events.
As Mercy continues the public phase of its 150th Anniversary Campaign and expands its We Are Mercy employee engagement program, the Manager helps connect corporate partners, community organizations, and Mercy employees with opportunities to support the Foundation's priorities.
The Manager works closely with Foundation staff, Mercy departments, corporate partners, and community organizations to coordinate activities, maintain strong relationships, and ensure commitments and deliverables are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Requirements
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Mercy Health Services and the Sisters of Mercy.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Three to five years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, community engagement, sponsorship management, nonprofit development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, community organizations, and other external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating events, sponsorship benefits, volunteer programs, or community outreach preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with Raiser's Edge or a similar constituent database preferred.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
