Executive Assistant – Residential Real Estate Development | South Florida

ALL IN ONE Employment Services is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a recognized residential real estate development company in South Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional with experience in residential construction, land development, permitting, and project coordination.

The ideal candidate understands the residential development process—from land acquisition and permitting through vendor coordination and community development—and thrives in a fast-paced executive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive and administrative support to the CEO.
  • Coordinate residential development projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Track land acquisitions, permitting, zoning, and municipal approvals.
  • Communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, municipalities, consultants, and vendors.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare reports, maintain project documentation, and monitor deadlines.
  • Assist with vendor bids, contracts, invoices, and project budgets.
  • Coordinate project timelines and ensure timely follow-up on all development activities.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical project files.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience supporting executives in residential real estate development, construction, land development, or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of the residential construction and development process, including permitting and municipal approvals.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and consultants.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with project management software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
