Honda Cars of Aiken is the premier Honda Dealership in the CSRA earning the President's Award for 5 years. Our dealership is well known in the Aiken, North Augusta and surrounding communities as the best Honda Dealership in the CSRA and we are looking for a hard working, professional and dedicated Business Development Representative to work alongside the Sales Team to create business leads. 


Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and internet requests for vehicle pricing, availability, etc
  • Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team in our beautiful showroom
  • Confirm next day appointments and reschedule missed appointments
  • Maintain a daily average of outgoing calls to previous day's showroom prospects, customers that did not purchase, etc
  • Maintain a daily average of outgoing texts and outgoing emails
  • Work with Internet Manager to follow up with hot leads
  • Prospect the Manifest Lists
  • Maintain the integrity of eLead record keeping
  • Log all appointments in eLead
  • Maintain daily appointment activity in shared document with BDM
  • Exercise exemplary verbal and non-verbal communication skills and protect the dealershipโ€™s interest when communicating with customers
