Job Summary:

T2EARTH is seeking a highly skilled Process Development Engineering to lead the design, implementation, and continuous refinement of complex manufacturing processes with a focus on process scalability, operational efficiency, and sustainability. This role requires deep technical expertise in process engineering principles, manufacturing systems, and statistical process control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving process bottlenecks, integrating automation and control systems, and leading data-driven process improvements across the product lifecycle. The position will also oversee scale-up from pilot to full-scale production, ensure process robustness, and collaborate cross-functionally with R&D and operations to maintain compliance and optimize throughput. A proven track record in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodology, and technical project leadership is essential.
