Job description
Are you passionate about elevating how media drives growth across global markets? Do you thrive on connecting strategy with execution and building high-performing marketing communities?
PepsiCos Media COE is looking for an Associate Manager, Market Engagement and Community Development, to help define and embed what great media looks like across our anchor markets, while fostering a connected, collaborative global marketing community.
In this role, you will support the market engagement lead in shaping and operationalizing media excellence, working with capability leads to codify best-in-class standards across planning, activation, and measurement. You will partner closely with markets to assess their current maturity, understand their readiness to accelerate, and co-develop tailored action plans that unlock growth through media.
Sitting at the intersection of strategy, capability building, and market engagement, you will play a key role in ensuring our global frameworks translate into real-world impact. You will also act as a connector across the organization, feeding market needs back into the COE to ensure our capability agenda is grounded in what truly drives value.
Alongside this, you will support efforts to build a thriving global media community, designing and delivering engaging forums that showcase best-in-class work, enable knowledge sharing, and support the rollout of critical capabilities across markets.
This is a high-visibility role, ideal for someone looking to build global exposure, develop a strong network across markets and functions, and learn from some of the best media and marketing leaders in the industry, all while helping shape the future of how PepsiCo uses media as a growth lever.

- Coordination and curation of quarterly Market Steercos, taking place between local CMO, OPM leadership and local media leads

- Close partnership with above-market capability teams including but not limited to Creators, Measurement, Modern Connections, Partnerships, AI Enablement, Agency Transformation and Data Provisioning.
- Working with teams further beyond to bring relevant capabilities to our markets including S&T and Commercial Teams
- Bringing requirements forward from markets to all capability leads through structured briefing process and monthly marketing intelligence reporting
OPM Community Development:
- Nurturing a sense of community amongst members of the media function.
- Building processes, rituals and platforms to enable connectivity, sharing and community building for our diverse global One PEP Media community
- Facilitating knowledge dissemination to the OPM community through the design and curation of capability roll-out sessions, platforms and rituals.
- Building regular platforms for communication with all levels of seniority.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
- In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
