Job description

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $500!

  • $250 after 90 days
  • Additional $250 after 6 months


Salary starts at $30,000 - $40,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Day Support and Community Engagement Programs
  • Assists with conducting assessments and developing Person Centered Plans
  • Assists with the monthly Day Support/Community Engagement Calendar.
  • Checks weekly documentation and forwards to program director for review
  • Check books to make sure standing orders, prescriptions, physicals, and doctor's orders are up to date
  • Assure Day support staff/community engagement staff have the necessary supplies
  • Work one weekend per month
  • Assist with the handling of Doctor's Appointment
  • Facilitate and organize staff training per U&E and Licensing regulations
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Education:
    • A High school diploma OR GED
  • Experience:
    • 1 year of experience working with intellectual disabled or associate degree
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Successful completion of background and Central Registry check
