Job description

Koniag Management Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Program Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KMS and our government customer at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ten (10) years’ experience managing, planning, developing, and executing major research, engineering,
  • and development efforts for defense organizations.
  • Ten (10) years’ experience as a lead or deputy Program Manager for major technology programs (or a portfolio
  • of programs) exceeding $100M in value.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of technology design, manufacturing, integration and testing.
  • Proven leadership in managing portfolios of diverse technology development programs. Five (5) years’ experience leading and operating within highly classified environments, including SAP and SCI.
  • Five (5) years’ experience with the DoW’s Defense Acquisition System DoD 5000 series.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DoW organizational structure and experience collaborating with R&E program managers.
  • Ten (10) years demonstrated experience related to written and oral communication skills, essential for leading cross-functional teams and briefing senior stakeholders.

Education:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following areas:
  • System Engineering
  • Aerospace Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Physical Sciences
  • Software Engineering
  • Cyber Engineering
  • AI /ML Engineering

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

  • Ten (10) years’ experience establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with
  • stakeholders across the DoW.
  • Five (5) years’ experience and foundational knowledge in the field of Electromagnetics and Radio Frequencies
  • (EM/RF).

Clearance Requirement:

  • TS/SCI (SAP eligible)
