Package
  • Base Salary of $60k per year.
  • Monthly performance commission on your client referrals.
  • Residual & renewal commissions on your client referrals - NO CAP!

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and referral partners
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking groups, and local events
  • Actively communicate with Emergency Response teams to support incoming opportunities
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools
  • Present our services and secure ongoing referral partnerships
  • Work closely with Emergency Response teams on active opportunities
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency leads, with the opportunity to earn commission
  • Support homeowners and partners throughout the restoration process
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals
