About Us

Provision Manpower Resources is building a multifamily staffing and service division focused on supporting apartment communities, property management companies, and multifamily ownership groups.

We provide reliable staffing support for leasing, maintenance, make-ready, porter, grounds, renovation, and property service needs. Our goal is to help apartment communities stay fully staffed, reduce downtime, and maintain a higher level of service for their residents.

We are looking for a strong Business Development Manager who can help us open doors, build relationships, and bring in new multifamily accounts.

Position Overview

This is a sales and client-development role focused on growing our multifamily division.

The right person will have experience building relationships with apartment communities, property managers, regional managers, ownership groups, or companies that serve the multifamily industry.

This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable prospecting, making calls, setting meetings, visiting properties, presenting services, and closing new accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new multifamily property accounts
  • Build relationships with property managers, regional managers, maintenance supervisors, and ownership groups
  • Make calls, send emails, visit properties, and schedule in-person meetings
  • Present Provision’s staffing and service solutions to potential clients
  • Help bring in staffing opportunities for leasing, maintenance, make-ready, porter, grounds, and renovation support
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a pipeline of active opportunities
  • Work with internal staff to understand client needs and support successful placements
  • Track sales activity, client communication, and new account progress
  • Represent Provision professionally in the multifamily market
  • Help develop long-term client relationships and repeat business

Qualifications

  • Experience in multifamily, property management, apartment staffing, vendor sales, or B2B sales preferred
  • Existing relationships in the multifamily/apartment industry are a strong plus
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and in-person sales visits
  • Ability to build trust with property managers and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Organized and able to track leads, accounts, and sales activity
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

This position offers a base salary plus commission.

Expected compensation:

Base Salary: $55,000–$75,000 depending on experience
Commission: Based on new accounts and gross profit generated
Earning Potential: $90,000+ for strong performers

Commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
