Job description

About Unify
Unify is building the first AI-powered system of action for revenue teams, helping companies transform outbound into a top-performing growth engine by making go-to-market execution observable, repeatable, and scalable. Founded in 2023 by leaders from Ramp and Scale AI, our team brings experience from companies like Airbnb, Meta, Waymo, Monday.com, and more.
Unify increased revenue by 8x in 2024 and serves customers including Perplexity, Cursor, SoFi, and Justworks. We're a high energy, high intensity team that has raised $58M from Thrive, Emergence, OpenAI and others. We're building the future of GTM - come join us!
The Role
We're looking for someone to own and scale Unify's partner ecosystem and build a community of growth operators around it. You'll sit within the growth team with significant autonomy to take our early partnerships foundations and develop them into a mature, revenue-generating program.
You'll be the connective tissue between Unify and the agencies, consultancies, and operators shaping how modern GTM teams run outbound - building real relationships, driving partner-sourced pipeline, and creating a community practitioners actually want to be part of.
What You'll Do
Partnerships - primary focus
  • Own the full partner lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, activation, enablement, and revenue tracking across our tiered partner program (referral, growth, strategic)
  • Build trusted relationships with agency founders, consultants, and GTM operators
  • Work cross-functionally with product, product marketing, sales, and post-sales to develop partner enablement resources, co-marketing motions, and feedback loops
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline as a measurable outcome - identify what's working, sunset what isn't, and scale what converts
  • Represent Unify in the broader GTM ecosystem - attend events, host dinners, and show up where operators are

Community - growth lever
  • Help build and grow an intimate community of growth leaders and GTM operators (curated, not mass-market)
  • Plan and execute events: SF dinners, activity events, satellite dinners at conferences, partner-hosted chapter events
  • Create programming that makes members smarter, better connected, and more effective in their roles
  • Source content, speakers, and programming from the community and partner network

Who You Are
  • You've built something from the ground up before - a community, a program, a company. The format matters less than the fact that you did it
  • Relationships are your unfair advantage. You're known across your network and people want to work with you
  • You're meticulous about follow-through - threads don't die, and you bring the right thing up at the right moment
  • You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and move with intention without needing to wait for direction
  • You think in systems and operate in the details - you can design a partner program structure and write the onboarding experience that makes someone feel like they're joining something special
  • You care about craft - how things look, how they feel, how they land
  • You leverage AI tooling to move faster and build your own workflows and automations

What We Look For
  • Demonstrated ability to build - show us what you've created
  • A strong network and a clear sense of how you built it
  • The ability to make people feel seen, valued, and excited to collaborate
  • Velocity paired with quality - we move fast and need someone who matches that energy
  • Genuine curiosity - you ask why things work, not just how, and you dig past the surface
  • Initiative - you identify the highest-leverage opportunity and pursue it

Compensation & Benefits
The annual total base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, with a target equity package and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.
This position is onsite in either San Francisco, CA, or New York City, NY, offering the invaluable opportunity to work closely with a talented team in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Being in-person enables real-time collaboration, fosters creative problem-solving, and strengthens the connections that drive innovation and impact. You'll be at the center of our fast-paced operations, contributing to a culture that values engagement, growth, and teamwork.
