Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the showroom team to meet and exceed sales management targets
  • Provide ongoing training and development for staff on product knowledge and big ticket sales strategies
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing escalated complaints and resolving issues
  • Oversee inventory accuracy and assist with merchandising strategies in the showroom

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4 to 10 years of experience in sales management, particularly in big ticket retail
