Advance Diagnostics & Imaging – Michigan

Advance Diagnostics & Imaging is seeking a motivated, energetic, and organized Operations & Business Development Coordinator to join our growing healthcare team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a healthcare background who enjoys operations, physician relations, and business development. The ideal candidate is self-driven, professional, and passionate about helping grow a leading diagnostic imaging organization.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physician offices, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Execute marketing and business development initiatives to increase referrals.
  • Visit physician offices and community partners to promote our services.
  • Assist with scheduling, workflow optimization, and operational improvements.
  • Support patient satisfaction and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate community outreach events and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with leadership to achieve company growth goals.
  • Prepare reports and track referral and marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • Healthcare experience required (diagnostic imaging, physician office, medical practice, hospital, or related healthcare setting).
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison, business development, or operations preferred.
