InspiredOptions Inc., a human services agency making a meaningful difference in thelives of adults with autism and other intellectual / developmental disabilitiesin Maryland is looking for a Day Services Program Coordinator to enhance ourteam. Are you the one?
Under the guidance of the Director of Programs,the Day Services Program Coordinator will be responsible for tasks that supportindividuals actively participate in community activities of their choosing inthe community, including finding and maintaining paid employment in thecommunity.
Essential Functions
โ€ข Develop and oversee individualized schedules and communityactivities
โ€ข Ensure meaningful community engagement, and manage day-to-dayoperations to enhance participants' quality of life
โ€ข Support daily group and skill-building activities in thecommunity, helping individuals develop and maintain skills for competitiveemployment and community involvement
โ€ข Foster positive relationships with participants, staff,families, and community partners
โ€ข Use technology to support communication and service delivery
โ€ข Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatoryrequirements
โ€ข Monitor attendance and documentation for accurate billing
โ€ข Support recruitment, hiring, and training of new employees
