We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Business Development Representative to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications.
  • Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services.
  • Assist customers in identifying options that align with their needs, budgets, and preferences.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and lead opportunities.
  • Conduct insurance reviews with prospective and current customers.
  • Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.

  • Competitive base salary of $55,000 - $75,000 per year depending on performance.
