Hiring Pay Ranges: $19.50 - $30.07 per hour (Includes $1.00 per hour Cost of Living Adjustment)

  • Electronic Banking Specialist I - $19.50 - $25.50 per hour
  • Electronic Banking Specialist II - $19.50 - $27.43 per hour
  • Electronic Banking Specialist III - $22.13 - $30.07 per hour
    • This position may be eligible to receive an additional $1.00 per hour is approved for the Spanish Communication Assistant Program
    • The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.

Summary

  • Responsible for the implementation of New Commercial Online Banking Enrollments/Modifications, Updates for clients in our iPay system. Oversee correspondent bank balances, Manage ANB Banks FED Securities to include input or approve, assist internal customers with Online Banking and iPay issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in phone calls received from internal customers and perform troubleshooting.
  • Assist with Internet Banking for Business and Consumers by answering questions and completing setup and modifications to a given profile.
  • Meet daily deadlines and expectations for productivity and accuracy standards as set by management.
  • Review Commercial Documentation for accuracy.
  • Manage Correspondent bank balances, transfer, or pull back funds if necessary
  • Uses information provided by Accounting or Trust to input or approve ANB Bank's FED Securities in the FedLine Advantage system
  • Obtain opening balances for correspondent banks by accessing appropriate bank websites and provide the data to accounting
  • Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.
  • Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.
  • Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards.
  • Supports the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Electronic Banking Specialist I

  • Performs several, if not all, of the above duties with regular direction and supervision.

Electronic Banking Specialist II

  • Performs the duties above with moderate direction and supervision.
  • Make recommendations for processing improvements
  • May be responsible for assisting with training of other Electronic Banking Specialists

Electronic Banking Specialist III

  • Performs required duties with minimal direction and supervision.
