Executive Director โ€“ Economic & Community Development

We have been retained to conduct a confidential executive search for an accomplished Executive Director of Economic & Community Development. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced economic development professional to assume a highly visible leadership role with significant responsibility for advancing economic growth, investment, redevelopment, and community revitalization. The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership for economic and community development initiatives, with particular emphasis on business attraction and retention, investment and redevelopment opportunities, community development, and the cultivation of productive public- and private-sector partnerships. The successful candidate will bring a demonstrated record of achievement in economic or community development and the ability to translate opportunities into measurable results. We are seeking an energetic and highly engaged leader who can build relationships, develop and advance strategic initiatives, attract investment, and effectively advocate for economic and community development priorities. Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is a genuine commitment to community growth and economic vitality.
