We're searching for an entry level Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team! Help us deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to our community. If you're passionate about making a positive impact, this is the opportunity for you!ย ย

What You'll Do:

Patient Care: Prepare patients and rooms for examination and assist medical providers with exams.

Clinical Support: Perform routine lab tests, administer vaccines, and support the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Patient Education: Educate patients on their care plans, preventive health, and wellness tips.

Administrative Duties: Maintain patient records, manage patient communication, coordinate lab testing, manage inventory.



Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; MA certification a plus!

1 year nursing experience, family practice or community health preferred

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse, active Vermont license

Excellent communication skills essential, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care
