ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an account representative at Eric Mayer State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use a customer-focused approach to provide information about insurance products and services
  • Diagnose customer needs to suggest additional products and services with our agency
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals, answering any questions they may have
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses with professional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Work with agent to establish and meet agency goals
 
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written, verbal, and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred
  • Outgoing and sociable

COMPENSATION:
  • 45-65k+ per year, based on performance.
