The Property Patrol Associate provides a visible overnight presence at residential properties, focusing on safety through routine patrols, observation, and timely reporting of any irregularities. Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to patrol the property including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior
  • Ability to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages received from couriers and carriers
