Account Profile Associate

 

How does the role impact the organization?

This role provides support to the branches and is responsible for ensuring the clients' profile information is accurate and readily available.

What will your role be responsible for?

  • Participate in the general administration of New Account openings, Account Updates to client information, recurring event setups, quality control review, and external mail duties; 
  • Collect and record New Account and Account Update data for Key Performance Measurement tracking; 
  • Update the Procedure Manual as required by changes in processing and workflow;
  • Assist in Account Update initiatives;
  • Collect and record New Account and Account Update data for Key Performance Measurement tracking; and
  • Provide timely and effective internal as well as external client service.

What do we expect from you?

To qualify for this opportunity you possess:

  • Concepts, practices and procedures of securities industry and/or banking compliance;
  • Principles of finance and securities industry operations;
  • Dataphile application, EDMS, or similar electronic document management systems, as related to document filing;
  • Microsoft Office with a willingness and ability to learn new applications;
  • Work within deadlines in a high-volume and demanding environment while maintaining a high level of service and an imperative attention to detail; 
  • Demonstrate email, videoconferencing, and telephone etiquette and relationship management skills;
  • Communicate proficiently in French is an asset;
  • Demonstrate a professional manner to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization; and
  • Exercise tact and discretion in the handling of confidential information.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of industry related experience; and
  • Post-secondary education.

Salary Range: $50,000-60,000 annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
