Our Community Life Associates will not only have the opportunity to provide extraordinary services but will also have time to develop meaningful relationships with our residents. If you have a passion for working with seniors and you have experience as a Community Life Associate, we look forward to meeting you! The schedule for this position is: Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon. from 9 am to 4 pm. 

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience preparing and implementing activities, preferably in Memory Care & Assisted Living settings 
  • Able to work weekends and holidays
  • Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus
  • experience in resident programming preferred
  • Passion for seniors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
