Job description

We're seeking someone to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team as a Finance Associate to produce consolidated reporting for actual, budget and forecast. This role will support the transformation efforts within the Infra Finance team. In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources.

This is an Associate level position within our Financial Planning & Analysis Job Family which is responsible for the firm's budget, forecast, internal management reporting and financial analysis to provide insight into the firm's current and expected financial performance, as well as expense allocation. What you'll do in the role: Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm.

Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging knowledge of Finance functional area, tools and/or products. Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls. Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards.

Support delivery of finance transformation agenda. Work closely across FP&A team on streamlining processes, expanding reporting, and implementing changes where applicable. Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to planning and reporting workflows, and help scale successful solutions across Finance teams.

What you'll bring to the role: Working knowledge of Finance functional area, industry and competitive environment. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and adapt to various audiences. Willingness to seek guidance and provide feedback to further develop self and peers.

Advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment. Ability to articulate risk and impact to various audiences, and create plans to mitigate those risks. Experience in leveraging AI (Microsoft CoPilot, Claude) to solve day-to-day solutions.

Experience in using Power BI or other BI solutions. Ability to manage project milestones and risk, as well as communicate with stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work accurately and efficiently across large, complex data sets. Ability to work collaboratively across a global organization with other Finance functions across multiple locations. Must be willing to learn, grow and remain agile.

A desire to work in a team-based environment and contribute as a team player. At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and reporting, business analysis, system integration, business transformation, project management equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
