Apartment Assistant Property Manager- We're growing in the Tulsa Area- Apply Today

Join Our Team

We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our growing apartment community team. If you are passionate about people, property, and making a difference we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do

  • Conduct Property Tours: Greet visitors warmly, present community amenities, and highlight individual apartment unit features.
  • Manage Leases: Process applications, complete background/credit checks, and prepare lease agreements in accordance with Fair Housing Laws
  • Support Residents: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with renewals, answering policy questions, and coordinating with maintenance.
  • Maintain Records: Complete detailed record-keeping of guest traffic, resident files, and unit inventory via property software.
  • Assist Property Manager with daily operations

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, or retail customer service experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Software: Familiarity with property management software is a strong plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as required by property needs.
