Position Summary

ROXON Inc. is seeking a proactive and outgoing Creator Partnerships & Community Growth Assistant to join our team at our Irvine, California office.

This role combines creator business development, influencer relationship management, and community building. The primary focus is to identify and develop relationships with relevant creators, support creator collaborations and affiliate partnerships, and actively engage with ROXONโ€™s online community across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

The ideal candidate enjoys communicating with people, is persistent with outreach and follow-up, understands social media culture, and is interested in building long-term relationships between a brand, creators, and its community.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Partnerships & Business Development

  • Research and identify relevant YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other creators in the EDC, outdoor, tools, gear, and related communities.
  • Conduct consistent creator outreach through email, social media, and other channels.
  • Follow up with potential partners and maintain an organized creator partnership pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with creators, reviewers, affiliates, and community partners.
  • Coordinate product seeding, product reviews, affiliate partnerships, UGC collaborations, and other creator programs.
  • Assist with partnership discussions involving products, commissions, content expectations, timelines, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Track outreach, responses, samples, published content, affiliate performance, and partnership results.

Community Building & Engagement

  • Help grow and maintain ROXONโ€™s community across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Engage with followers, customers, creators, and EDC enthusiasts through comments, messages, discussions, and community activities.
  • Build relationships with highly engaged customers, brand advocates, and potential ambassadors.
  • Support the development of ambassador, UGC, micro-influencer, and community programs.
  • Identify opportunities to turn active community members and customers into long-term ROXON advocates.
  • Support online and offline community events, product launches, giveaways, challenges, and other engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor community conversations, sentiment, product feedback, and emerging topics and communicate relevant insights to the Marketing and Product teams.

Content & Marketing Support

  • Work with the Marketing team to identify creator and community content that can be reused or amplified across ROXON channels.
  • Help coordinate UGC and creator-generated content.
  • Identify interesting discussions, product questions, customer stories, and content opportunities from the community.
  • Support new product launches through creator outreach and community activation.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate creator and community databases and activity records.
  • Prepare weekly reports covering outreach, response rates, active collaborations, published content, community engagement, and partnership results.
  • Monitor relevant KPIs including creator response rate, collaboration rate, content performance, community growth, engagement, affiliate sales, and retention.
  • Use performance data to recommend improvements to outreach and community-building strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or current/recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, Media, or a related field preferred.
  • 0โ€“2 years of relevant experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations with creators, customers, and community members.
  • Persistent and comfortable with outreach and follow-up.
  • Familiar with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, or other online communities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining outreach or CRM records.
  • Interest in EDC, outdoor gear, multitools, knives/tools, or enthusiast communities is highly preferred.
