SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Job Profile Summary
Serves as a strategic communications partner responsible for developing clear, compelling messaging that supports enterprise priorities and senior leadership communications. Plays a central role in executive communications, employee engagement, and editorial excellence across the organization. Collaborates closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality communications that inform, align, and engage employees globally. Operates with a high degree of independence, exercising sound judgment while managing complex and sensitive communications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
1. Develops and refines communications for senior leaders, including organizational announcements, town halls, All Hands meetings, and key business updates. Partners with leaders to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with company strategy and priorities.
2. Leads the development and execution of communication plans that support business priorities, organizational changes, and enterprise initiatives. Ensures alignment and consistency of messaging across functions, business units, and geographic regions.
3. Serves as a primary writer and editor for high-visibility communications and corporate communications emails. Establishes and maintains high standards for clarity, tone, and quality across all communications. Reviews and refines content developed by others to ensure consistency and professionalism.
4. Collaborates with internal stakeholders including Human Resources, Legal, Commercial, and Operations teams to develop and deliver coordinated communication strategies.
5. Provides guidance and best practices to improve communication effectiveness across the organization.
6. Supports and manages content across internal communication channels, including email, intranet, and digital platforms.
7. Ensures content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with enterprise messaging priorities.
8. Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Supports communication of complex or high-impact topics, including organizational changes and business updates.
9. contributes to enterprise-wide communication effectiveness and supports alignment across a global employee population.
10. Influences message clarity, leadership credibility, and employee engagement.
11. May provide guidance, informal coaching, and editorial direction to other team members and stakeholders.
12. Leads and executes strategic public relations initiatives, including media relations, press releases, and thought leadership campaigns to enhance brand reputation and visibility across global markets.
13. Develops and oversees crisis communication strategies, ensuring timely, consistent, and accurate messaging that protects organizational reputation and aligns with corporate objectives.
14. Performs other duties and tasks as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience with twelve (12) years of experience in corporate communications, digital communications, internal communications, or public relations.
• Experience supporting senior leaders, preferably at the Executive or C-suite level.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communication strategies within a complex, matrixed organization.
