Job Overview:

The Gartner Client Success Internship is an encompassing, dynamic and challenging 10-week program that will giveyou the opportunity to work with Gartner stakeholders and clients.You willutilize quantitative andqualitative techniques to review data, problem solve and find solutions that help our clientsmake the right choices.

What You Will Do:

  • Participate in client interactions and calls to learn to manage relationships with a variety of clientstakeholders in IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Salespractices.Ensuringclients aresuccessful in the utilization of their Gartner subscription, resulting incustomer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure we deliver significant value to clients.

  • Work on team projects and initiatives to streamline activities that support continuous improvementprograms.
