Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, content strategy, marketing, or related fields.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Experience developing communications for executives and senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and multi-channel communications.
  • Experience with MS Viva Amplify, SharePoint, Teams, and MS 365 preferred.
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and communications campaigns.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex business and technical topics and translate them for broader audiences.
  • Familiarity with communications analytics and measuring employee engagement.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90k - $100k annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
