Imagine being the strategic force behind how AWS Professional Services (ProServe) leaders connect with the world. As a Sr Executive Programs Lead for AWS ProServe, you'll craft the external narrative that positions our organization as the leader in enterprise AI transformation and professional services innovation.
You'll work at the exciting intersection of executive presence, strategic messaging, and market visibility-preparing leaders for their most important moments while shaping how the industry sees ProServe's unique combination of AI-enhanced delivery, specialized solutions, and deep technical expertise.


Key job responsibilities
Shape Executive External Presence
- Prepare executives for high-visibility engagements including keynotes, fireside chats, panels, press interviews, and industry events
- Develop comprehensive briefing packages and coordinate rehearsals that set leaders up for success
- Develop speaker-ready content, session abstracts, and engagement materials that showcase ProServe's leadership in AI transformation and professional services innovation
Drive Strategic Engagement Programs
- Define strategy and measurement requirements for ProServe's external engagement initiatives
- Analyze inputs from industry trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and executive priorities to formulate multi-channel engagement strategies
- Build relationships with customer and internal stakeholders, from C-level executives to subject matter experts
Continuously Improve & Innovate
- Capture feedback from customer and partner interactions to develop continuous improvement cycles
- Suggest new ideas and best practices for enhancing business and stakeholder engagement
- Respond to an agile, constantly evolving global environment with rapid-turnaround content for time-sensitive opportunities
Communicate & Influence
- Prepare regular progress reports for internal stakeholders
- Drive consensus and garner support through exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Balance tradeoffs while effectively communicating stakeholder recommendations
Travel up to 25% of the time to support customer engagements and team collaboration
