Credence Innovations is hiring a Marketing Communications Assistant in Zionsville. This role is built for marketing and communications graduates who want hands-on experience executing live promotional campaigns โ€” not sitting behind a desk updating spreadsheets.

You will be out in the field every day โ€” running live in-person events, engaging consumers face-to-face, and representing our clients' brands with strategy and purpose.

No experience needed. Full paid training from day one.

What You Will Do

  • Execute live in-person promotional events and retail activations throughout Zionsville on behalf of our clients
  • Develop and deliver consistent on-brand marketing communications messaging directly to consumers face-to-face
  • Support pre and post event outreach efforts to maximize campaign awareness and consumer engagement
  • Track campaign performance metrics, consumer interactions, and daily results accurately
  • Collaborate with senior team members to refine messaging strategy and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Grow into a senior marketing or leadership role based on your performance and results

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree or current enrollment in Marketing Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field โ€” preferred not required
  • Strong verbal communication skills and genuine comfort engaging with people face-to-face every day
