  • Can you give a high-leveloverview of your team size, roles, its initiatives/deliverables, and anytool/technologies specific to your team/department/project they will besupporting: This is a newly formed team, totaling 3 people including thishire.
  • The Digital Publishing &Performance team uses data to target audiences and deliver impactful stories to shape perceptions.
  • Tools: Smartsheet, Sprinklr,Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads
  • What would "a day in thelife" of this role look like?: A day in the life could entail setting uppaid social ads, then reporting on performance by updating metricstrackers and analyzing for key learnings. Some meetings to collaborate asa team, but plenty of independent work.
  • What interaction level withthis role have the team members and hiring manager? Daily interaction.Collaboration as we build out team objectives, reporting strategies andtemplates. Team calls 1-2x/week.
  • What would you say is the toppriority for the worker over the first few weeks/months?: Creating systemsand templates, then testing and learning and optimizing based onlearnings.
