Who we are looking for:

This role will be supporting the Sales Operations team reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, directly impacting sales and revenue growth.  This Sales Coordinator role is accountable for Onboarding, Offboarding, and general support for our Vendor Sales teams. This position will also provide regional support for our internal sales teams ensuring we enable them to be productive in the field. They will be working with an existing team that will offer ongoing support throughout their experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support customer account onboarding, changes, renewals, migrations, upgrades, downgrades, and disconnects
  • Manage account maintenance activities, work orders, and service migrations
  • Provide operational support to Account Executives across Residential New Construction, Bulk, Major Accounts, and Furnished Suites
  • Coordinate installations, mass deployments, VIP requests, and service delivery activities
  • Respond to customer, account, billing, pricing, and product-related inquiries
  • Review, investigate, and resolve customer and operational escalations
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Bulk, MDU, and Furnished Suite account support processes
  • Prepare and maintain reporting, dashboards, audits, and portfolio tracking
  • Validate account data, identify discrepancies, and support compliance requirements
  • Support pre- and post-sale reviews, audits, and migration activities
  • Coordinate with Sales, Care, Technical Operations, Billing, and other internal teams to resolve customer requests
  • Manage shared inboxes, task queues, and operational support channels
  • Support furnished suite and superintendent account setup, service changes, and billing activities
  • Contribute to special projects, process improvements, and business initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer retention, service delivery, and business objectives
