Overview

Insight Global is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Communications Coordinator to help us ensure our communications strategy drives our strategic business objectives and reinforces our culture and Shared Values. You will be responsible for supporting effective communications strategies and campaigns across various channels. You will also work closely with the Communications Team to ensure consistent and clear messaging that aligns with our strategic priorities and brand.


Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and distribute content for various channels;
  • Work with leaders and stakeholders to gather relevant information and capture stories;
  • Work with other members of the Communications Team to build out and execute comms campaigns and strategies (for example, creating outlook templates for email campaigns);
  • Maintain content on myIG, including files, links, videos, articles, resources and data;
  • Coordinate the team’s internal content and initiatives calendar;
  • Contribute creatively to ongoing communications needs, including basic graphic and myIG’s poll/culture center;
  • Track communications (open rate, clicks, etc.) and solicit regular feedback from audiences to determine success of campaigns and overall communication strategies;
  • Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on communication-related issues and project;
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the field of communications and content creation.

  • Adeptness at building relationships and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy;
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, particularly with communications platforms and creative suites;

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field;
  • 1+ years of professional experience in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field required;
  • Must be local to Atlanta or willing to relocate; and
  • Experience with Workshop, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.
