Job description

The Events & Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting the Head of Marketing, Communications, and Events by contributing to digital marketing and communications efforts across channels and platforms to help drive production, increase engagement, and support brand visibility. This role will also assist with select event-related activities as needed, ensuring all messaging and execution are aligned with brand standards and strategic objectives. In addition, this position will help maintain consistent outreach and support broader business goals through effective marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and client meetings, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and onsite coordination
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define event objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes
  • Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and post-event reporting
  • Support of coordination of event communications, including invitations, RSVPs, promotional materials, and follow-up messaging
  • Ensure all events reflect Chubb's brand and values, maintaining consistency across touchpoints
  • Support the Head of Marketing, Communications, and Events with marketing campaigns related to events, including digital, print, and social media promotion
  • Manage relationships with external partners, venues, and suppliers to deliver high-quality experiences
  • Assist with the creation of event collateral, presentations, and signage
  • Track and analyze event performance, attendee feedback, and ROI to inform future planning
  • Provide support for internal and external communications and marketing initiatives as needed
