Sisal is looking for an Affiliation Digital Marketing Trainee with a strong digital mindset and a passion for innovation, communication, and online ecosystems.

We are looking for someone who is already familiar with digital environments and eager to apply their skills in a fast-paced and cross-functional business context.

You will join the Communication Affiliation team and work on projects related to online acquisition, affiliate communication, digital campaigns, and innovative initiatives, collaborating with different teams across the business.

This role is designed for high-potential talents who want to accelerate their professional growth by learning how to manage priorities, projects, stakeholders, and execution within a structured and constantly evolving company.

What you'll do:

  • You will contribute to the creation and coordination of promotional and editorial activities with online partners such as tipsters, networks, and comparison sites.

  • You will support the execution of special digital campaigns and partner initiatives, helping ensure consistency, quality, and performance of communication materials.

  • You will monitor campaign and partner performance through KPIs and reporting activities, supporting the team in identifying optimization opportunities.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance to support the development of innovative acquisition initiatives.

  • You will contribute to scouting new digital trends, formats, and opportunities within the affiliate and performance marketing landscape.

  • You will support operational and organizational activities related to partner management and campaign execution in a regulated environment.

What you'll bring:

  • Academic background in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or related fields.

  • Strong digital attitude and familiarity with online communication ecosystems, digital trends, social/content dynamics, and performance marketing concepts.

  • Curiosity toward innovation, digital products, and emerging communication formats.

  • Ability to combine creativity, analytical thinking, and organization.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and willingness to work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
