As the Wellness Director, you will oversee the Wellness Department and champion a safe, homelike environment where residents can achieve their highest level of wellness and independence. You'll combine clinical expertise with strong leadership to support residents, families, and staff-while ensuring compliance, quality care, and operational excellence.
🎯 What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Wellness team
  • Oversee resident care, assessments, and service plans
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, resident rights, and state regulations
  • Partner with physicians, families, and care providers for optimal outcomes
  • Monitor staffing, training, and overall department performance
