As our Clinical Director, you will lead the Wellness Department with the goal of creating a safe, warm, and supportive environment where residents can achieve their highest level of wellness and independence.

In this role, you will:
  • Oversee all Wellness operations and ensure exceptional resident care

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a highperforming clinical team

  • Maintain strong communication with residents, families, primary care providers, and external partners

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Resident Rights, infection control, and all state regulations

  • Support onboarding and orientation for new residents and team members

  • Promote teamwork, open communication, and a positive culture

  • Protect resident and staff safety through proactive monitoring and immediate action

  • Manage staffing levels based on acuity, regulations, and community needs

  • Conduct ongoing inservices, training, and team meetings

  • Step in for the Executive Director when needed to ensure smooth community operations
