Job description

SL Recovery Inc. is seeking a motivated, high-energy Business Relations Coordinator to help grow our client partnerships and expand our presence throughout the Charlotte region.

This is not a desk job. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to turn conversations into long-term business partnerships.

As the face of our company, you’ll connect directly with property managers, regional managers, HOA board members, commercial property managers, and community leaders to introduce our services, establish trust, and secure new accounts.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with multifamily communities, HOAs, and commercial property groups

Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and in-person outreach

Conduct face-to-face meetings and follow-up presentations

Execute strategic community marketing and outreach initiatives

Represent SL Recovery Inc. at trade shows, networking events, and industry trainings

Generate and manage leads while maintaining strong client communication

Assist in growing company revenue through contract acquisition and relationship management

Qualifications

High positive energy and strong people skills

Sales-focused mindset with a passion for relationship building

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Strong work ethic with the drive to succeed independently

Ability to self-source leads through networking and cold outreach

Proven outside sales or field sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals

2+ years of multifamily property management experience preferred (Assistant Manager experience highly preferred)

1+ year of field sales or customer service experience preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required

College degree highly preferred

Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required
