Job description

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of construction administration experience, ideally within underground utilities, roadwork, or civil construction
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Superintendents throughout all project phases
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, RFIs, submittals, and inspection coordination
  • Prepare and track subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontractor communications
  • Assist with monthly AIA billing, data entry, and document archiving using Excel
  • Coordinate and maintain Sunshine 811 Locate requests, ensuring renewals are completed as projects progress
  • Attend job site visits, preconstruction meetings, and field measurements to monitor progress
  • Schedule and attend project coordination and update meetings as needed
  • Assist with material orders and track deliveries to ensure timely project execution
