Commonwealth Staffing is assisting our sister company Commonwealth Payroll in their search for a new Sales Representative to our growing team. Commonwealth Payroll is headquartered in the Lynnhaven area of Virginia Beach and provides outsourced payroll, HR, and accounting services.

We are a local company that prides itself on providing a best-in-class customer experience, building lasting relationships with our clients, and providing our employees with a good work / life balance and opportunities for mentorship and career growth.


Job Duties:

  • Close sales and win new business
  • Build relationships with business owners and company decision makers for HR, accounting, and payroll
  • Effectively communicate Commonwealth Payroll's value add proposition
  • Provide demos for prospective clients
  • Successfully navigate all aspects of the sales cycle process


Qualifications:

  • 3-6+ years of sales experience
  • Experience selling payroll or HR software and services
  • Self-starter who is looking win new clients and make a lot of money while doing so
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and be detail oriented
  • Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
