Sourcing Leader III
Atlanta, GA, USA, 30339

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 10 years of Sourcing experience
Essential Responsibilities - Internal
Work with sourcing peers and engineering managers to identify potential partners, vendors and subcontractors for custom engineered solutions to be installed on the electric grid. Execute in accordance with commodity and P&L strategies. Work proactively with teams to ensure early engagement of Sourcing team.
Identify sources and establish qualified supply base to support regional growth objectives.
Develop collaborative supplier relationships with both new and existing suppliers via appropriate data exchange, formal communication and dialogue.
Assist in make vs. buy analysis.
Negotiate with suppliers of goods and services to meet project specific schedules, budgets, quality requirements, deliveries and risk mitigation targets.
Lead negotiation of necessary direct material agreements for goods and service providers, as well as obtain required supplier commercial and financial documents to add or update records for active suppliers in the supplier management system.
Qualifications/Requirements - Internal
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 10 years of Sourcing experience
