Senior Treasury Analyst

📍 Location: Venice, FL or Harrisburg, PA
🚫 Relocation: Not available - candidates must currently be local

🕒 Schedule & Compensation
  • Schedule: Hybrid - 3-4 days onsite per week minimum (100% onsite during onboarding/training)
  • Compensation: $98,000 - $125,000 annually
  • Bonus: Target 10% annual incentive
Position Overview

MITER Brands is seeking an analytical, proactive, and results-driven Senior Treasury Analyst to support and lead key treasury functions across the organization.

This role is highly visible and impactful. You will partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and senior finance leadership to optimize liquidity, improve processes, and drive working capital efficiency. This role also plays a key part in ongoing initiatives such as treasury automation, payment optimization, and system enhancements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working "in the weeds," but also wants to analyze data, provide insights, and influence strategic decisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury Operations
  • Oversee daily cash positioning across multiple bank accounts and entities
  • Lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning, providing actionable insights
  • Manage banking relationships and serve as primary point of contact
  • Support optimization of treasury structure (e.g., reducing and consolidating bank accounts)
  • Manage credit instruments, including letters of credit
  • Support implementation of payment automation and electronic payment strategies
  • Assist with financial risk management, including commodity hedging (e.g., aluminum)
Debt Management
  • Administer corporate debt, including compliance tracking, reporting, and reconciliations
  • Monitor debt covenants and borrowing base calculations
  • Ensure timely principal and interest payments
  • Support refinancing efforts, financing strategies, and lender relationships
  • Assist with debt-related financial disclosures
Insurance & Risk Management
  • Oversee property and casualty insurance program, including renewals and claims tracking
  • Partner with brokers and internal stakeholders on coverage and risk exposure
  • Manage insurance documentation, schedules, and compliance requirements
  • Administer surety bond portfolio
Financial Analysis & Process Improvement
  • Develop and enhance treasury reporting, dashboards, and forecasting models
  • Analyze bank fees, debt costs, and insurance spend for optimization opportunities
  • Drive initiatives to improve cash conversion cycle and working capital performance
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate collections and optimize payment processes
  • Lead process improvements including automation and system enhancements
  • Support audits and month-end/year-end close processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial operations
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Cash management and liquidity
    • Corporate debt and financing
    • Financial risk and insurance programs
    • GAAP and accounting principles related to treasury
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, data analysis, pivots, lookups)
  • Experience in multi-entity or complex organizations preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion and/or Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
