We are seeking a strategic and skilled professional to join our team as the Senior Manager of Commodities & Hedging. In this impactful role, you will contribute to the direction and performance of our commodities research and market analysis, providing insights that inform critical business decisions. You will support the development and execution of risk management strategies while collaborating closely with leadership to refine reporting and analytical capabilities. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, global food industry environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct fundamental and technical market research on commodities relevant to Smithfield.

The expected pay range for this position is $140,000 - $182,500 annually.

Individual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, location of the position, the candidate's qualifications and experience, internal equity, external market pay for comparable positions and budget considerations.
