JOB DESCRIPTION
The Associate Consultant I role is a great starting point for someone looking to break into consulting and technology. In this position, you'll help support Deltek Costpoint implementation projects by gathering client requirements, documenting solutions, testing system configurations, and working closely with teammates to deliver great results. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and perfect for someone who enjoys learning new tools, solving problems, and working in a supportive team environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Provide status updates related to assignments
  • Support meetings and preparation of presentations
  • Gather and document client requirements
  • Document solution
  • Configure and test Deltek Costpoint software
  • Develop desktop procedures
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate across implementation team
  • Support team members
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels for internal and external customers
  • Work with team to define creative and effective solutions

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 0-3 years of work experience as accountant or consultant
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively within team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to commit to a task and deliver that commitment on schedule
