Job description

The Role:

Apryse is seeking a Commissions Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team. You will be a key player in the administration of our commissions process. You will leverage your prior experience administering commissions processing in Xactly or similar tools to support our cadence. When you encounter challenges, you will be supported by the rest of the team through coaching, training and working to solve problems collaboratively together.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly & quarterly commission calculations, and aid in the administration and design of commission plans for various functions across the Sales organization
  • Handle all updates and enhancements to the commission software
  • Produce weekly and monthly reporting for rep KPIs and progress towards targets.
  • Create all commissions plans and support enablement of all new commissionable employees.
  • Perform ongoing analysis of business operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Consolidates data reports to help drive data-based strategic decision making.
  • Identify ways to improve key sales processes to ensure efficiency and high performance across teams that scale over time.
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving and quantitative analytical skills to connect the dots and find the insight buried in the data.
  • Assist with business reporting and analysis for other areas of the organization
Requirements:
  • 2+ Years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably at an enterprise SaaS/software company, with heavy analytics focus
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Experience with Xactly or similar commission software
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Must be intellectually curious, strategic, and thrive on diving into complex problems
  • Have a strong work ethic, and an ability to operate under tight deadlines
  • Able to build strong, trust-based relationships with partners at all seniority levels inside the organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in using data to tell a story while interacting with and presenting to senior leadership, including sales professionals
  • Strong analytical skills (e.g. modeling, statistics, financial analysis, reporting, etc.)
