As a Window Treatment Sales Consultant, you’ll meet with customers in their homes, help them choose the right window treatments, and guide the project from consultation through installation. This is a high-earning role for a driven, commission-minded salesperson who enjoys helping customers make confident decisions.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred with in-home sales as a bonus 
  • Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
  • Organized, professional, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Strong math skills for measuring and quoting
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using a CRM
  • Able to lift 20 lbs, climb stairs, and measure overhead on a 6-foot ladder
Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home consultations and recommend the right solution
  • Create customized proposals based on style, function, and budget
  • Measure accurately and build clear quotes
  • Stay organized, arrive on time, and follow up consistently
