Employment Opportunity: Cold Call Sales Representative – Custom Embellished Labels


We are looking for a driven and energetic Cold Call Sales Representative to expand our reach in the custom embellished label industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on outbound sales calls, prospecting, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify and connect with potential clients in industries such as food and beverage, cosmetics, co-packing facilities, nutra-pharmaceuticals, apparel, luxury goods, and packaging.

• Pitch and sell customized label solutions, including woven, printed, heat transfer, and embossed labels.

• Overcome objections, educate prospects, and build relationships that lead to long-term business.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and consistently hit sales targets.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure customer expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven cold-calling sales experience, preferably in B2B or packaging/branding-related industries.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Comfortable with high call volumes and fast-paced sales cycles.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
