  • Own the full design lifecycle — from ideation and concepting to final file prep and delivery — across formats including: static and animated digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, signage (event signage, wayfinding, legacy acknowledgment, and more), brochures, maps, rack cards and branded merchandise and collateral
  • Work within and evolve existing brand templates to maintain consistency and efficiency.

Art Direction for Photo & Video

  • Collaborate with photographers and videographers to provide creative direction for branded shoots.
  • Serve as the lead art director on commercial video projects, including early-stage concept development, mood boards, and storyboarding.
  • Collaborate with media and content teams to ensure photography and video assets align with campaign goals, guest demographics, and seasonal narratives.

Creative Concepting & Campaign Ideation

  • Partner with Commercial Strategy team members to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts.
  • Develop and present big ideas for seasonal campaigns, product launches, event promotions, and destination storytelling.
  • Lead brainstorms and participate in creative development sessions to bring cross-platform campaigns to life with visual cohesion and emotional resonance.

Collaboration & Creative Operations

  • Work closely with the broader Commercial Strategy team to align visuals with campaign strategies, messaging, and brand tone.
  • Manage design timelines, asset requests, and production schedules to meet marketing and operational deadlines.
  • Maintain clear file organization and version control across digital asset management systems.
