Are you a hunter who wants a stable industry, strong brand recognition, and the chance to build a book of business that pays you year after year?

Orkin is the #1 name in pest control, and we're growing. We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative / B2B Account Manager to develop new business in a local territory and help commercial clients protect their facilities.

This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role with uncapped earning potential, commission consistency, strong training, and long-term career growth.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary + recurring commission
    • Ramp-up period
    • Progressive sales commission: 12-16%
    • Production commission: 10%

Preferred Background

  • No-degree required, Associates preferred

Physical & Licensing Requirements

  • Ability to safely use ladders and access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required state licensing
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Must live within the designated territory (or nearby) - Cheyenne, WY
